–Carbon deposition on rotor shaft
–Carbon deposition on bearings
Due to high exhaust temperature or sudden shutdown, it can cause the rotor to malfunction
Shaft or bearing volume charcoal.
Before stopping the machine, it should idle for 3-5 minutes to increase the pressure
The device gradually cools down.
When suddenly shut down, the high temperature of the turbine casing is transmitted to the bearing body,
Causing carbon buildup in the engine oil, resulting in the sealing ring and groove at the shaft end, and floating shaft
The bearing body is damaged.
~Possible reasons:
*The air filter is clogged.
*The engine suddenly shut down.
*Poor quality oil carbonizes during use.
*There is a malfunction in the fuel pump or fuel injector.
*The oil supply is obstructed.
