Turbocharger problem–Oil supply interruption


The lubrication system of the turbocharger has malfunctioned or is not rotating before starting
The crankshaft fills the lubricating oil circuit with oil, causing damage to the surface of the bearing system
Wear and burn.


~Possible reasons:


The lubrication system was not connected during the installation of the turbocharger.
Air entering the lubrication system creates air resistance.
Not started correctly or stopped for a long time without use.
Lubrication failure due to low oil pressure or oil contamination.
The engine is working in excessive tilting.
Oil passage obstruction or oil pump malfunction.
